1. Who we are
This website is operated by the LipadBox concept project ("LipadBox", "we", "us"). LipadBox is a design concept for drone delivery in the Philippines and does not currently provide delivery services. You can reach us through our contact page.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you use the partner form on our home page or the contact form, we collect the name, email address, topic or role, location and message you enter. We also record the date and time of the submission and the country your request came from, as reported by our hosting provider.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request, so it can deliver the site, protect it from abuse and keep basic operational logs.
The interactive features on this site (parcel tracking demo, maps and simulations) run in your browser. Tracking numbers you type into the demo are used only to generate a simulated result and aren't stored.
3. How we use information
- To reply to your message or partnership enquiry.
- To understand interest in a LipadBox pilot in different provinces.
- To keep the website secure and working.
- To show advertising, as described below.
We don't sell your personal information. We don't use form submissions for marketing without your consent.
4. Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to show advertisements on this website. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website and other websites.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. 5. Third-party services
To load quickly and provide maps and 3D graphics, pages on this site request resources from these providers, which may receive your IP address:
- Cloudflare (hosting and security)
- Google Fonts (typefaces)
- jsDelivr, unpkg and cdnjs (open-source JavaScript libraries)
- Esri and OpenStreetMap (map tiles)
- Google AdSense (advertising)
Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
6. How long we keep information
We keep contact and partner form submissions for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Hosting logs are kept by Cloudflare for a limited period under its own policies.
7. Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and, where applicable, other privacy laws such as the EU GDPR, you have the right to be informed, to access, correct and erase your personal data, to object to processing, and to complain to the National Privacy Commission. To make a request, use our contact form and choose "Privacy request".
8. Children
This website isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Security
Form submissions are sent over HTTPS and stored in access-restricted cloud storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
